Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll was born February 2, 1977, known professionally as Shakira is a Colombian singer-songwriter, musician, producer, dancer and philanthropist who emerged as a musical prodigy on the music scene of Latin America in the 1990s.

Shakira attended a photocall at Hotel George V in Paris, France last September 30. She's continuing her promotional duties.

Today, she's looking adorable in a black and white belted dress, smiled and happily posed for the photographers all the while promoting her latest album, “She Wolf.”
