Acer has announced its dual-boot operating system Aspire One Netbook D250 and is formally in India. This is a very portable, lightweight netbook. Acer boasts that the 18-second start-up and 3 seconds off. Laptops have become popular among all. Notebooks popularity is due primarily to its size and cheap price. It is priced at Rs. 18,599.

Aspire One D250 is elegant, slim and attractive. Acer distributors of "instant on" boot Android and switch between Windows XP and Android. Acer has AOD250 special dual-boot feature that allows netbook to boot into either Android or Windows XP.

Acer Firefox browser customized features with other pre-installed programs. It has a 10.1 "LED-backlit LCD with an Intel Atom N270 CPU, a 3-cell battery, Windows XP, 160GB HDD, 1GB RAM and an integrated webcam. You can easily navigate their netbook through multi-gesture touchpad with two buttons, which includes circular motion, movement, action and zoom pop front.

Acer release it takes 18-second to boot up and 3 second shut down. Apart from this instant on boot up, this netbook also features Acer-customized Firefox browser along with other pre-installed applications.
