Avner Ronen through Boxee blog announced:We launched our public alpha for Mac / Linux in January at CES. During the program we found several equipment manufacturers interested in embedding Boxee on existing equipment or the construction of a special unit to Boxee.

I am very pleased to announce that we signed our first partnership with an enterprise EC. At this point we can not say more about the couple or the device specifications, but we can say that we are working closely with them to ensure we offer an experience of great Boxee on it.

We will show the prototype of the box and share more details at our next event Boxee Beta archiving in Brooklyn, NY, 7 December. RSVP here.

Over the next few years will see a big change in how we consume entertainment on our television. The Internet is (finally) comes to TV, and with it comes a new world of content, applications and innovations.

We are building a platform Boxee :

• easier for users to consume and to find content - whatever the source
• To provide content owners, aggregators and developers of tools to create unique experiences with different business models
• CE enables companies to improve their equipment

This will be the first rider Boxee connected device, but the idea is to give consumers a way to get boxing in their living rooms, whether it is in a connected television, game console, set-top box, BluRay player, computer, etc.

Virus Bulletin has released its August 2009 test results for SP2, Windows Vista Business. The company found 35 anti-malware products and test them. To pass the basic requirements of the test, the application must detect all malware known as "the wild, but not to produce any false positives. Products are tested in their default settings, and to succeed in both demand and access discoveries.

Virus Bulletin launched the program in a ring around 3,000 unique samples of malware spreading across four categories: polymorphic viruses, trojans, worms and viruses WildList / bots. Of the 35 samples passed, which means around one third of the products, only 23 were reduced to testing. Among the best known solutions are Symantec Endpoint Protection, which lost two infections in the WildList.

Symantec was quick to defend himself in response to the initial coverage of Ars Technician of the Virus Bulletin tests. A spokesman said: "In the last ten years, Symantec has won 44 consecutive VB100 awards, something no other vendor has come close to matching." Gradually over time, to go through emotionally attached traps, the constant bickering, the frantic and urgent component, and the irreconcilable differences, allowing for a final break. And so we see the same people who fight their way through a stormy night in Mumbai, which threatens to take over the city, their fear and uncertainty that is just their guard drops.

Because emotions are high, the two learn more about each other that night, maybe what I knew all these years to be with difficult situations require some important revelations and realize what life is unpredictable and transient, they need to do most of time given them together.

Tum Mile is a forthcoming Hindi directed by Kunal Deshmukh of Jannat fame. The film stars Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan in lead roles. Tum Mile is a love story, in view of the infamous July 2005 floods in Mumbai. The film is scheduled for release on 13 November 2009.
