The former supermodel Stephanie Seymour has reached an agreement behind closed doors with a security guard who was accused of pushing her against a door at his home in Connecticut.

Seymour got into an argument with the guard Jose Babnik in June, when Greenwich is the mass of her husband, the billionaire magnate Peter Brant newsprint. Babnik Seymour said the police had taken the documents from him and tried to recover them. Former police officer in New York City of Caramel, New York, was arrested and given a summons for a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

But government lawyers on Friday refused to prosecute the case. The charge will be dismissed in a year if Babnik stay out of trouble. Lawyers for Seymour and Babnik has refused to comment on the resolution of cases.
